  • Design, develop, and test front end single page applications that are used to gather sensitive and useful information about customers in a secure manner in order to automate and improve restaurant success. This is measured by a 241% increase in success rate of business information setup pages. In order to achieve this product success, I communicated with product managers, design, and other stakeholders in order to aid in the entire product development lifecycle.
  • Develop rest api endpoints, distributed event systems, aws dynamodb table/entities, and deploy into production those back end services. These services continue to succeed in meeting SLA with no incidents.
  • Developed Javascript graphql mutations, queries and deployed into production BFF systems with caching and 3rd party api integrations. In addition, solved created cache's memory leak that decreased aws costs by 60% in that BFF.

  • Created text classification models with fasttext and sklearn gradient boosting algorithms to create customer journey funnels for various clients. This allowed us to create Integrated Marketing Campaigns that increased sales by 16% by focusing on either informing consumers about products that had little awareness of the product or give discounts and valuable value propositions to people considering the product. We saved thousands of dollars by not advertising to cohorts that were already enjoying our client's products.
  • Automated enterprise reporting processing by connecting ETL pipelines across the finance and operations departments with a flask api solution to save 85% of labor costs required to reconcile advertisement data exhaust. In these ETL Pipelines we forecasted costs by using the Decomposable Time Series Model in the Facebook Prophet Library. Which takes trends, seasonalities, and holidays into consideration to predict the future costs of advertisements.
  • Developed an automated ETL pipeline to track and reduce over 600,000 dollars of Paid TV Advertising spots per year. Transforming a 2 week manual data manipulation process into an automated daily update of the data. Reducing labor costs by 93%.
